The Role

As a Mendix Private Platform (PMP) Admin Engineer, you will be responsible for the day‐to‐day administration and governance of the Mendix Private Platform across development and production environments. We are looking for a platform‐focused professional to ensure operational stability, secure access controls, governance workflows, and licensing compliance within a regulated enterprise environment. You will work closely with platform users, delivery teams, and IT stakeholders, supporting Mendix PMP operations through the platform GUI and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, audit requirements, and platform governance.

Key responsibilities:

• Administer user accounts, access controls, and permissions within Mendix Private Platform.
• Configure and maintain platform roles, approval groups, and governance workflows.
• Manage and refresh organisation‐level Azure DevOps Personal Access Tokens (PATs) used by the platform.
• Set up and configure new PMP namespaces or environments following infrastructure provisioning.
• Administer platform approval stages to support application lifecycle governance.
• Manage Mendix Marketplace configuration and governance controls.
• Perform day‐to‐day administrative application tasks, including onboarding, relocation, and ownership or permission updates.
• Control and maintain supported Mendix Studio Pro versions across environments.
• Manage platform licensing details and entitlements.
• Provide administrative support during audits, incidents, and platform configuration changes.

Your Profile

• Hands‐on experience administering Mendix Private Platform (PMP).
• Mendix PMP accreditation or formal platform administration training.
• Strong understanding of PMP user roles, permissions, and governance workflows.
• Experience operating enterprise platforms via administrative GUIs.
• Familiarity with enterprise Azure environments.
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, including PAT management.
• Experience working in regulated or security‐constrained environments.
• Strong attention to detail with a disciplined approach to governance and compliance.
• Clear communication skills when working with platform users and IT stakeholders.

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:

• Experience in PaaS or low‐code platform administration roles.
• Exposure to ITIL‐aligned service management practices.
• Experience supporting application marketplaces and licensing models.
• Experience working in on‐call or rota‐based support models.
• Experience with Azure Kubernetes environments.
• Exposure to PLM or MES platforms.
