The Role:
Drive AI and Generative AI-led growth across UK and Europe accounts working with Telecom, Media, Information Services industry customers. This is a senior, customer and account facing role responsible for presales, solutioning, and delivery support, with clear ownership for pipeline and revenue growth for the region.
The role combines strategic presales leadership, AI solution architecture, and deal shaping to convert customer ideas into qualified pipeline, closed deals, and scalable enterprise AI outcomes. Working closely with sales, delivery, and partners, the role establishes TCS as a trusted AI advisor while accelerating AI revenue growth across the Telecom, Media, and Information Services sector.
Your responsibilities:
- Drive AI/GenAI pipeline and revenue across UK & Europe accounts.
- Work closely with account teams and sales leaders to identify, qualify, and progress AI opportunities.
- Act as a trusted AI advisor for UK and Europe customers and provide thought leadership and technical credibility during sales pursuits, customer workshops, and executive briefings.
- Experience in AI/Gen AI and Agentic technologies.
- Take existing AI and GenAI solutions and offerings to customers to increase revenue potential and footprint.
- Define AI and GenAI strategy, roadmaps, and use cases.
- Lead and support AI solutioning for RFPs, proposals, and bids, including architecture, approach, and value articulation.
- Drive the creation of rapid-build POCs, pilots, and MVPs with solution team to demonstrate business value and accelerate deal closure.
- Provide architectural guidance and technical oversight during delivery and ensure solution alignment.
- Work with TCS Partners for joint GTM and co‐creation of AI and GenAI solutions, to accelerate pipeline growth and deal conversion.
Your Profile:
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Proven experience driving AI / GenAI presales, pipeline creation, and revenue growth in large enterprise or consulting environments
- Strong capability in AI value articulation, including ROI modeling, business case development, and outcome‐based selling
- Experience in GenAI, LLM, and Agentic AI solutions on hyperscaler platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Deep understanding of enterprise buying processes, RFPs, commercial constructs, and deal shaping.
- Ability to engage credibly with CxO, CIO, CTO, and business leaders, influencing AI strategy and investment decisions.
- Experience leading end‐to‐end presales cycles—from opportunity identification to proposal, negotiation, and transition to delivery.
- Strong understanding of AI governance, security, responsible AI, and regulatory considerations, particularly in enterprise contexts.
- Demonstrated ability to work across sales, delivery, partners, and industry teams in a matrixed global organization.
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
- Experience in Telecom, Media, or Information Services industry AI transformations
- Experience shaping multi‐year AI transformation roadmaps and large‐scale managed AI programs
- Prior accountability for AI revenue targets or portfolio growth at regional or account level
