The Role

As a Programme Manager you will drive strategic initiatives and coordinate a portfolio of complex projects. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategic planning and operational execution, optimizing resources and identifying risks to ensure timely delivery of company goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Define, implement, and maintain program strategies, roadmaps, and goals that align with organizational objectives.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new features, products, or services.
• Operational Management: Manage dependencies, risks, and roadblocks across multiple projects.
• Resource & Budgeting: Allocate resources and oversee budgets for the entire program.
• Stakeholder Communication: Prepare progress reports, hold QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and present to senior leadership.
• Performance Optimization: Define KPIs, track performance metrics, and drive continuous process improvements to improve efficiency

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• Experience of working in communications, media, or complex organization.
• Proven experience of working with delivery methodologies. (i.e., Waterfall)
• Excellent management of stakeholder relationships.
• Proven strong communication and influencing skills.
• Strong problem solving and conflict management techniques.
• Demonstrable skills in presenting information effectively.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis tools & modelling techniques. Advice on appropriate approach & application.

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:

• Experience of working on projects that deliver new products to market within predetermined timescales.
• Previous experiences of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience in working in a complex & challenging environment.
• Has resilience and commitment.
• Demonstrates good political awareness.
