The Role:
As a SAP Retail Architect, you will play a strategic role in shaping next-generation retail solutions for global businesses. You will be required to design and implement SAP retail architectures that enable seamless omnichannel experiences, optimize merchandising, pricing, and inventory processes, and improve customer engagement. You will be contributing to large-scale digital transformation programs across retail and consumer industries, driving operational excellence and innovation.
Key responsibilities:
- Access Cutting-Edge Technology: Leverage SAP S/4HANA, CAR, PMR, and advanced analytics while benefiting from world-class training, certifications, and continuous learning opportunities.
- Drive discussion in design workshop & sessions. Identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements including the facilitation of workshops to collect business requirements, solution designing and delivery
- Create business process document and function specification
- Perform configuration in SAP
- Provide inputs and validate E2E test scenario
- Works closely with the client IT organization and client Process Owners to ensure system and process integrity of the Template
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting, investigate, analyze (RCA), and resolve defects
- Support cutover, go live and post go-live activities
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- SAP IS Retail – SCM (SD) Consultant with extensive knowledge in retail domain.
- Strong understanding of store operations processes like Depot Receiving, Direct to Store, Aisle locator, label printing and store replenishment.
- Good understanding of Store Inventory management process.
- SAP CAR & SAP MM
- Good understanding overall supply chain process
- Good understanding of Retail pricing, promotions and integrations
Desirable skills:
- Good understanding of Store Sales and reconciliation process
- Good understanding of POS and retail integration with CAR and other 3rd party systems (Label Printing, Waste Management, In Store Operations)
