The Role
As a Senior Consultant you will help shape and deliver transformation engagements, lead workstreams, advise client stakeholders, and contribute to the growth. This role blends structured problem‐solving with strong collaboration, inclusive leadership, and pragmatic delivery, helping our clients achieve measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of consulting engagements focused on customer, operational, and business transformation.
- Own and manage workstreams end-to-end, ensuring high‐quality outcomes delivered on time and to budget.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and support decision‐making through insight‐led recommendations.
- Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
- Lead workstreams across transformation programmes, from discovery and design through to implementation support.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand needs, surface opportunities, and co‐create solutions that are practical and value‐driven.
- Design and facilitate workshops that create psychological safety and enable inclusive participation.
- Guide requirements gathering, analysis, process mapping, and solution design; ensure outputs are clear, accurate, and actionable.
- Support opportunity shaping, proposal development, and client presentations.
- Participate in knowledge‐sharing and thought leadership (internally and externally).
- Help build an inclusive team culture through mentoring, feedback, and collaboration.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Experience in consulting, transformation, or a closely related advisory/delivery role.
- Experience delivering transformation programmes, including technology‐enabled initiatives (e.g., CRM, digital platforms, automation, AI‐enabled solutions).
- Demonstrated ability to lead workstreams, manage stakeholders, and drive outcomes in complex environments.
- Experience using relevant approaches such as Customer Journey Mapping, Target Operating Models, service design, and process improvement.
- Knowledge of digital transformation, technology adoption, and change management.
- Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills; ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
- Strong communication skills, with confidence presenting to varied audiences and facilitating workshops.
- Experience working in multi‐stakeholder, cross‐functional and/or global teams.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- A collaborative approach and interest in supporting others through coaching and feedback.
