Application Support Analyst -Compliance Systems

• Based in London - 2/3 days in office
• Up to 50,000 (depending on experience)
• Outstanding Excel Skills, ServiceNow and SQL
• Junior to Mid-Level

A well-established organisation is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their Compliance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical skills and a proactive attitude to support key business systems and contribute to operational success in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line support for compliance-specific applications, ensuring smooth operation and timely issue resolution.
• Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across multiple platforms.
• Maintain system configurations including user access, permissions, and reference data.
• Raise and manage support cases with third-party vendors.
• Collaborate with internal IT, compliance, and business teams to support upgrades, testing, and deployments.
• Document support procedures, known issues, and configuration changes.
• Assist the Compliance team with compiling reports and statistics using Excel and Power BI .

Key Skills & Experience

• Outstanding Excel skills are essential. You should be confident working with complex spreadsheets and genuinely enjoy using Excel as a core part of your role.
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools is a strong bonus.
• SQL knowledge is useful for troubleshooting and data analysis.
• Strong communication skills, a friendly and engaging personality, and a collaborative mindset.
