Travel & Expense (T&E) Manager
We are seeking an experienced Travel & Expense (T&E) Manager to provide interim support to our global T&E program. This temporary contractor role is ideal for someone who can step in quickly, manage day‐to‐day operations, and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives across a small but impactful program.
🔍 About the Role
As our T&E Manager (Contract), you will play a key role in keeping our travel and expense ecosystem running smoothly. You will be responsible for operational oversight, issue resolution, policy alignment, and supporting T&E‐related projects. This is a hands‐on role that requires strong problem‐solving skills, excellent stakeholder management, and an ability to work independently in a global environment.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day‐to‐day operations of the global T&E program
- Manage inquiries, escalations, and compliance questions
- Support and execute T&E‐related projects, including system enhancements, updates, or process improvements
- Monitor compliance with T&E policies and drive adherence across regions
- Partner with Finance, Procurement, HR, and other internal stakeholders
- Deliver reporting and insights to support decision-making
- Ensure a high‐quality employee experience for travellers and approvers
🎯 Ideal Candidate
- Must have proven experience in T&E management, Travel Programs, Expense Administration, or similar operational roles
- Strong understanding of travel and expense systems (e.g., SAP Concur, Navan, Coupa, etc.)
- Ability to navigate global processes and support international teams
- Excellent communication and problem‐solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for process improvement
- Comfortable working independently in a fast‐paced environment
