A global organisation is seeking a senior IT leader to take end to end ownership of enterprise service delivery across its London operations. This is a hands on leadership role with clear accountability for a business critical Entrata platform, end user support, and local oversight of corporate IT infrastructure.

This role sits at the centre of operations, service management, and stakeholder engagement, and will suit someone who can balance strategic direction with day to day execution in a complex, enterprise environment.

What you will own

• Senior leadership of a dedicated Entrata application service function, treating the platform as mission critical to the business

• Full accountability for Entrata availability, performance, upgrades, incidents, configuration, and vendor management

• Ownership of service standards, SLAs, KPIs, and ongoing service improvement for Entrata and related systems

• Leadership of the London end user support function

• Embedding consistent support processes, tooling, and ITSM best practice

• Building and developing a high performing, customer focused support team

• Local oversight of IT infrastructure including networks, systems, and security

• Acting as the senior escalation point for incidents, audits, and infrastructure initiatives

• Partnering closely with global technology teams to ensure compliance, resilience, and alignment with group strategy

What we are looking for

• Hands on Entrata experience is essential and non- negotiable (Yardi or alternative wouldn't work)

• Strong SAP experience is also essential, ideally within a complex enterprise environment

• Senior leadership experience across enterprise application support and end user services

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud based services

• Experience operating within global or multi region organisations

• Confident senior stakeholder manager with the credibility to operate at VP level

Nice to have

• Experience supporting complex ERP or property management platforms alongside Entrata

• ITIL or ITIL aligned service management experience

• Proven track record leading teams through operational change and service transformation
