Key Responsibilities
- Provide SharePoint administration and technical support, resolving incidents and troubleshooting issues.
- Manage change requests and ensure the smooth operation of existing SharePoint environments.
- Support the development and enhancement of IT Service Management (ITSM) and project management tools built on SharePoint.
- Deliver SharePoint-based solutions to support wider business projects and process improvements.
- Work on the integration of business systems and tools into the SharePoint platform.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and contribute to the continuous enhancement of SharePoint services.
- Collaborate with IT colleagues and business stakeholders to deliver effective SharePoint solutions.
The Individual
- Proven experience in SharePoint development and administration.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine desire to understand existing processes, identify improvements, and continuously develop knowledge.
- Experience supporting business-critical SharePoint environments.
