Senior Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business discovery workshops and gather requirements from stakeholders and SMEs.
- Analyse current and future-state processes for Insurance and Complaints Management.
- Convert business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage backlog refinement, requirements traceability, and JIRA artefacts (Epics, Features, User Stories).
- Collaborate with Pega Architects, Developers, Product Owners, and business teams to deliver solutions.
- Ensure compliance with European insurance regulations and complaint-handling standards.
- Support SIT, UAT, business validation, and production releases.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Pega implementations.
- Strong Insurance and Complaints Management domain expertise.
- Experience working with European insurance organisations and regulatory environments.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Agile/Scrum, backlog grooming, and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to work closely with architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
