Sales Executive

🚀 Sales Development Representative (SDR) | London | £45k Base + OTE

I'm working with a fast-growing fintech/payments business that’s building out its commercial team and looking for a sharp Sales Development Representative to join them in London.

This is a proper outbound role — high activity, real accountability, and a clear path into a closing position within roughly 12 months for the right person.

You'll be targeting senior decision-makers (CFOs, Finance Directors, Heads of Ops) across financial services and subscription-led businesses, generating qualified meetings and building pipeline for the wider team.

What they’re looking for:

• Around 1+ year in an SDR/BDR role
• Someone comfortable with outbound — calls, LinkedIn and email
• Strong communicator with resilience and drive
• Interest in fintech, payments or financial services is a plus

£45k base | £57k+ OTE | Equity | Hybrid London
