🎮 Unity Developer (Console Games)

📍 Guildford, Surrey | On-site | Full-time (4-6 Month project)

A Guildford-based game studio is looking for an experienced Unity Developer to join the team working on console titles.

This role is ideal for someone with strong console development experience, particularly on PlayStation 5, and an interest in working hands-on in a studio environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Building and optimising Unity projects for console platforms
• Working closely with designers, artists, and engineers on-site
• Profiling and optimising performance for console hardware
• Supporting platform-specific features, SDKs, and certification

What we’re looking for

• Strong commercial experience with Unity (C#)
• Proven console development experience
• PS5 experience is essential
• Nintendo Switch experience is highly desirable
• (Switch 2 experience a bonus, but not required)
• Solid understanding of console performance constraints
