B2B Marketing Manager

A leading IT solutions provider is seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional who thrives in a data-driven, system-led environment and wants to make a tangible impact on lead generation, campaign execution, and event delivery.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving marketing-qualified leads through a mix of digital, automation, and in-person event activity. Working closely with the Marketing Director, you will take ownership of “now” tasks—executing campaigns, managing marketing systems, and delivering high-quality content and events—while supporting the wider strategy and growth plans.

Day-to-day, you’ll be hands-on with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, social media, and the company website to build, track, and nurture campaigns. You’ll also organise and attend corporate events, which will involve some UK travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver quarterly B2B marketing campaigns across email, digital, social media, events, and telemarketing
  • Manage nurture email campaigns and automated workflows
  • Oversee marketing automation and lead scoring
  • Create and publish digital content, forms, landing pages, and social media assets
  • Monitor and enhance SEO, website analytics, and campaign performance
  • Organise corporate events including tradeshows, conferences, and roundtables
  • Administer and maintain CRM and marketing databases, ensuring GDPR compliance
  • Support the Sales team with marketing collateral and presentation materials
About You

This role would suit a proactive, solutions-focused marketer who enjoys working across multiple channels and systems. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4+ years’ B2B marketing experience with proven campaign delivery success
  • Strong skills in CRM, MAP, CMS, and digital analytics tools (experience with Dynamics 365, HubSpot, GA4, SEMrush, or similar desirable)
  • A confident, agile approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft 365 capabilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and clear, professional communication skills
