Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and expand our customer base across the UK. This is a fully remote role, ideal for a proactive, commercially minded professional with a strong background in packaging, print, or a related manufacturing environment.
You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and converting prospects into long-term customers, while working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored packaging solutions.
What We re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a Business Development / Sales role, ideally within printed packaging, cartons, print, or manufacturing
- Strong understanding of the packaging sales cycle and commercial negotiation
- A self-starter who is comfortable working remotely and managing their own time effectively
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Confident presenting to and influencing decision-makers
- Strong organisational and CRM skills
- Full UK driving licence
