Our client, a Tier 1 ranked London law firm seeking a Commercial Technology Solicitor (2+ PQE) to support their Commercial & Technology group on a six‐month project. The role involves high‐profile non‐contentious commercial IT, AI and regulatory contracts work for one of the firm’s key global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on commercial IT and AI matters
• Supporting regulatory and technology‐driven commercial contract reviews
• Assisting with commercial tech and AI implementation projects
• Working closely with two top‐ranked partners on strategic client matters

Experience Required

• Qualified solicitor (UK or common‐law jurisdiction), 2+ PQE
• Strong background in commercial contracts and/or commercial technology
• Experience advising on IT, AI, or regulatory tech matters
• Ability to manage substantial client workstreams
