They’re looking for a Global Company Secretary, who can operate at pace, shape governance, and work closely with the Chief Legal Officer during a period of rapid global expansion.

• Qualified Company Secretary with strong Board advisory experience
• Authentic, influential governance leader
• Listed company / public markets background
• Scale‐up mindset — adaptive, hands‐on, strategic
• Comfortable and experienced navigating UK, EU, and US governance landscapes
• Thrives in high‐stakes, fast‐moving environments
