Mid-Level TMT Associate | London | Top-Tier International Law Firm

A leading Uk headquartered City law firm is seeking to hire a talented mid-level associate to join their highly regarded TMT and Data practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work across the full spectrum of technology, media, telecoms/digital infrastructure, data, sourcing, and commercial matters. The team is known for its collaborative, non-hierarchical culture and commitment to professional growth whilst being consistently ranked among the elite in the market.

What You'll Do:

• Advise on complex transactions and commercial arrangements across diverse sectors.
• Draft and deliver practical, commercially focused legal advice.
• Take on client-facing responsibilities, often as lead associate.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and strategic planning.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.
• Potential opportunities for secondments with strategic clients.

About You:

• Ideally 2–4 years' PQE (flexible for strong candidates outside this range).
• Strong academic background and experience in a leading private practice or in-house environment.
• High level of commercial awareness and excellent drafting skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure.
• Collaborative mindset and desire to work in a dynamic, friendly team.
