Privacy Lawyer

Our client, a globally recognised tech and entertainment organisation are looking for a Director level Privacy Counsel to shape and scale a global privacy and digital‐safety programme.

What you’ll do:

• Lead global privacy initiatives across multiple regions
• Act as DPO and drive GDPR compliance
• Partner with product, tech, marketing & leadership teams
• Guide on privacy, digital‐safety and emerging regulations
• Manage and mentor a high‐performing privacy legal team

What you’ll bring:

• 8+ years PQE (or equivalent) with deep experience in privacy and data protection
• Strong knowledge of UK/EU privacy laws (US experience a plus)
• Background advising on privacy in complex, tech‐driven environments
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast‐moving, international organisation
• Pragmatic, solutions‐driven mindset and strong commercial judgment
• Experience managing teams or senior stakeholders
• Experience in tech, gaming, entertainment, or mobile is advantageous.
