Are you a Computer Science graduate looking to begin a career in teaching? Teaching Personnel is offering an excellent opportunity to join a mainstream secondary school in Blackburn as an Apprentice Computer Science Teacher through our structured Future Teacher Programme.

This role is ideal for graduates who want to gain hands-on classroom experience while developing the skills needed to progress into formal teacher training.

About the Role

  • Support Computer Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Work alongside experienced teachers to build your classroom confidence and teaching skills
  • Provide targeted support to students, helping improve their understanding of computing concepts such as programming, algorithms, and digital literacy
  • Gradually take on more responsibility, including lesson planning and delivery
