I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst to join a large organisation on an initial 3-month contract, offering an immediate start. This role sits inside IR35 and is focused on delivering large-scale process improvement across the business.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis, with some time spent in the office in Liverpool. Majority of the time you will be based from home.

The Role

You'll play a key role in analysing complex, end-to-end business processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality. Working across people, process, and technology, you'll support the delivery of measurable business benefits.

This is a highly visible role, requiring strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to work at pace in a complex environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and document end-to-end business processes at scale
• Map current-state ("as-is") processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Lead process, systems, and data modelling activities
• Develop and present recommendations to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality
• Quantify business benefits and support the development of business cases
• Work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation
• Promote consistent use of Business Analysis methods and tools
• Support capability building by coaching and mentoring other Business Analysts

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within large or complex organisations
• Strong background in process improvement and transformation
• Experience with process mapping, systems modelling, and data analysis
• Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
• Able to work independently and deliver at pace
• Available for an immediate start
