£60,000 - £75,000 + Bonus

The Role
This is a hands-on PLM Consultant / Architect position working across the full project lifecycle, from early-stage solution design through to implementation and optimisation.
You'll work closely with customers to understand complex engineering and business challenges, shaping and delivering scalable PLM solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Engaging with stakeholders to define PLM strategy and requirements
- Designing and architecting PLM solutions aligned to business needs
- Leading or contributing to implementations and system integrations
- Customising and configuring PLM platforms (particularly Windchill)
- Supporting pre-sales activities, demos and solution proposals
- Working as part of a highly collaborative, experienced consultancy team
What They're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience in PLM consulting or architecture
- Strong experience with PTC Windchill (or similar PLM platforms)
- Experience across solution design, configuration and deployment
- Ability to engage both technically and commercially with customers
- A self-driven, consultative mindset
