Delivery Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with a strong background in Delivery Management to lead our project delivery efforts. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in managing complex projects and ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of delivering high quality results.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
- Coordinate cross functional teams, facilitating collaboration and communication to achieve project goals.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance delivery processes and methodologies.
- Mentor and guide team members, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in project delivery.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong expertise in Project Management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in managing projects in a remote work environment.
- Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2).
- Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
- Experience in stakeholder management and engagement strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- 10-15 years of experience in Delivery Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading cross functional teams and managing complex projects.
