Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with a strong background in order management. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its functionalities, particularly in relation to order management processes. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to order management.
  • Analyze current order management processes and identify areas for improvement using ServiceNow.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for ServiceNow development teams.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions that enhance order management efficiency.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate training sessions for end-users.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications related to order management.
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices and industry trends to ensure optimal use of the platform.
  • Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow, with a focus on order management functionalities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules beyond order management, such as Incident Management, Change Management, or Asset Management.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
  • Certifications related to ServiceNow or Business Analysis (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional - CBAP).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on ServiceNow.
  • Demonstrated experience in order management processes and systems.
