Test Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Network Testing of VoIP, SIP-based services, and cloud migration projects.
• Test Strategy & Execution: Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test strategies for release upgrades, regression suites, and new feature validation.
• Application Testing: Validate functionality and performance of applications integrated with Cisco BroadWorks, including:

(Webex,Go Cara,Call Center,Kakapo)

• Device Configuration & Testing: Configure and perform full functionality testing of IP devices on Cisco BroadWorks Servers, including:

Yealink phones,Polycom phones,Cisco IP Phones,AudioCodes devices,Fax machines

• Troubleshooting & Analysis: Identify and resolve configuration/network issues using advanced tools such as:

Wireshark,SVMP,Ativa tracing tools

• Functional & API Testing: Execute functional test cases and API-level validations to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed test plans, test cases, defect reports, and provide clear communication of results to stakeholders.
