About the Role
As Head of Data, you’ll take full ownership of this information ecosystem — ensuring it becomes a strategic engine for growth. - Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that give real-time visibility of performance across sales, marketing, engagement, and retention.
- Deliver regular insights and recommendations that inform strategic and commercial decisions at SLT and Board level.
- Create connected company and CEO profiles that enable personalised experiences across content, communications, and events.
- Champion data culture and capability, ensuring every team understands and uses insight to drive results.
Required Skills
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior data, analytics, or business intelligence role with multi-system ownership.
- Proven track record of connecting and managing complex datasets across CRM (Hubspot), marketing, finance, and external sources.
- Skilled in data visualisation and BI tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of data governance, enrichment, and compliance (including GDPR).
- Excellent communicator — able to make data meaningful for non-technical teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B media, membership, or data-driven publishing.
- Familiarity with HubSpot and marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of AI, predictive analytics, or data-led product development.
- Understanding of the UK SME and mid-market landscape.
