Product Lead - EdTech - Hybrid

Product Lead is required by this leading EdTech business as they continue their successful story both in the UK and internationally. Ideally you will come from a similar Lead role where you can demonstrate -

• Cross functional collaboration
• Technical fluency
• Product vision/leadership
• Research-led, customer journey focused improvements

It's essential that you showcase where you have led a research and user informed approach, engaging with stakeholders and customers to deliver product improvements. You'll be leading on the improvements of their existing product line, as well as driving their new product strategy, managing a small team of Product Managers and focusing on continuous improvement.

• Start-up/scale-up within a digital B2B environment
• Understanding the full Product spectrum (owner/manager responsibilities)
• Agile - specifically Shape-up, Jira, Linear tooling
• UX/accessibility
