We're partnering with an exceptional startup founded by two very well-educated, second-time founders who are tackling a huge legacy industry with an AI-first approach

Having secured one of Entrepreneur First's largest ever pre-seed investments, they're now hiring their first Founding Engineers to help build a category-defining company from day one!

📍 London (5 days in-office)

💰 £100k-£150k + meaningful equity

⚡ Build the product, infrastructure, and AI systems from scratch

What you'll do

⚙️ Build and ship core product features end-to-end

⚙️ Design scalable backend systems, APIs, and integrations

⚙️ Develop AI agents, LLM workflows, and retrieval systems

⚙️ Own technical decisions and shape engineering culture

⚙️ Work directly with customers and founders to solve complex real-world problems

What we're looking for

👩 💻 Strong backend engineering experience, ideally with Python

🤖 Experience building AI products, agents, RAG systems, or LLM-powered applications

🚀 High agency with a founder mentality

⚡ Proven track record of shipping quickly and taking ownership

🧠 Strong product instincts and excellent communication skills
