💰 Package: Up to £150k + Up to 1% Equity

The role is building the AI layer that autonomously runs small businesses and we’re looking for engineers who just get it.
Looking for high agency builders who can ship step changing features fast, shape architecture, integrate cutting edge AI directly into the product, and execute with urgency inside a small elite founding team.
This is an engineering role at its best. Building what has never existed before, hands on, alongside a technical founder who previously led the UK’s largest bootstrapped exit of $300m.
💼 Requirements:
- Deep full stack JavaScript expertise or deep backend Python expertise
- Track record of shipping production ready features quickly and repeatedly
- Experience integrating AI into products including voice, reasoning, context management, or data extraction
- Strong CS fundamentals (CS or STEM degree from top tier university)
- Ability to design and own scalable APIs, backend systems, and intelligent data pipelines
- High agency and strong ownership mindset comfortable making decisions with imperfect information
- AI fluent you use AI tools to make yourself dramatically more effective
