Founding AI Engineer - London

A London-based AI startup that's grown to 100,000+ users and just closed a significant funding round. They need founding engineers who can build production ML systems and own products from conception to launch.

The opportunity:

• Join 3rd-time founders (all successful exits) as one of the early engineering hires
• Own entire product verticals - architecture, implementation, deployment, and iteration
• Ship AI features that real users depend on daily, with direct feedback loops
• Help define technical direction and engineering culture from day one

They're looking for:

• 2+ years building at fast-moving startups or scale-ups
• Proven track record shipping ML/AI systems to production (not just prototypes)
• Strong foundations in Python and TypeScript; hands-on experience with AWS and model deployment
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering from Cambridge, Oxford, Imperial, or equivalent top-tier institution
• Genuine passion for turning ambiguous problems into products users love
