A top tier VC backed startup in London is building a B2B mental health platform that helps companies better support their employees and they’re looking for a Lead Node.js Engineer ready to take ownership of something that genuinely improves people’s lives

This is software with real impact used by organisations to support wellbeing reduce burnout and create healthier more productive workplaces

This isn’t a role with neat specs or endless tickets You’ll be stepping into complex product and engineering challenges helping shape the technical vision and building systems that need to be secure scalable and trusted by thousands of employees

As a technical leader you’ll set direction shape backend architecture and raise the bar for engineering standards while remaining hands on in the code

💼 Requirements:

• 6+ years building scalable backend systems with Node.js and TypeScript

• Proven experience leading engineers or owning major technical initiatives

• Strong system design and architecture experience

• High 2.1 or First in Computer Science or similar from a top tier university

• Thrive on ambiguity everything won’t always be clear but the job is to change that
