🛠 What You’ll Be Doing
- Build core backend services, APIs, and distributed systems in Python
- Design architecture, data flows, and infrastructure foundations
- Own production systems and iterate quickly based on real user feedback
- Work closely with the leadership team on technical direction and product strategy
- Shape backend engineering culture, tooling, and processes as the team scales
