Founding Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer

• Up to £80K

A super early stage company is looking for their 4th member of the team. This is a founding-level position where you’ll architect, ship, and own large parts of the product from day one. This is a high impact role where you'll shape the future of their tech stack, product roadmap, and engineering culture.

This role would suit a mid-senior level engineer who wants build from 0-1 and own what they're building. You will enjoy working autonomously in a fast-paced startup and want to grow into a leadership role as the company grows. You don't need to have been a founding engineer before but have the mindset.

Tech Stack:

• Frontend: Next.js, React, TypeScript
• Backend: Node.js
• Infra: AWS

What You’ll Do

• Architect and scale the frontend with Next.js 14
• Build smooth, fast UIs using Tailwind + Framer Motion
• Shape the database schema and backend with Prisma + MySQL
• Collaborate on product and technical strategy with the founders
• Own features from idea → shipped → optimized
