A well-funded AI company based in London is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join their team.
The company has received investment from leading firms to scale their B2B technology, helping financial services companies in a category that has been long overlooked.
The team is made up of exceptionally talented people who are all pulling in the same direction, driven by their shared mission and ambition to capture this market quickly. Backed by leading investors and with a product that's not only in the market gaining traction but is now revenue-generating.
The role requires experience with software engineering (as opposed to data engineering, data science or research). You'll need fundamental backend engineering skills, as well as notable AI engineering more recently. The ideal candidate will come from a product company (as opposed to a consultancy) as the existing team value a product-minded approach to engineering. You will be building end-to-end and from zero-to-one, working closely with the team (engineers, product, leadership) as well as clients using the product.
We're looking for someone who has designed or implemented evaluation frameworks for LLM-based or agentic systems. You will build an evaluations platform, evaluate complex product flows and own multimodal pre-processing & retrieval.
