SEO Director

• Up to £100K-£110K
• 3x per week in central London

We're partnering with a high-growth business to find an SEO Director ready to own and scale organic performance with real influence over product, customer experience, and commercial strategy.

The opportunity

• Define and lead a long-term SEO strategy tied directly to business growth objectives
• Drive organic traffic and conversions through technical excellence and content-led optimisation
• Manage and develop an in-house SEO Specialist
• Partner closely with content, design, development and marketing teams
• Report performance insights and strategic direction to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team
• Oversee keyword research, competitive analysis, performance audits, link-building and site migrations
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to sharpen efficiency and impact
• Own SEO budget and ensure smart resource allocation

What we're looking for

• Strong strategic and analytical mindset data-driven but hands-on
• Deep expertise across technical, on-page and off-page SEO
• Proficiency in tools such as SEMrush; familiarity with HTML/CSS and CMS platforms
• Outstanding communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Comfortable leading in a fast-moving, ambitious environment
• Degree in marketing or related discipline preferred
