Product Associate

Product Associate (QA Focus)

  • £50,000-£70,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Hybrid ( 4x per week in the central London office)

Our client is a fast-growing digital business looking for a detail-obsessed Product Associate to join their product team.

This is a hands-on quality role where your eye for detail, structured thinking, and user-first mindset will directly shape the standard of everything they release.

The Role

You will sit at the intersection of business needs, technical teams, and end users, acting as the final quality gate before any product, feature, website update, or internal tool goes live. The majority of your time will be spent on structured, end-to-end QA testing, validating user journeys, catching edge cases, and ensuring every release meets the highest standards of usability, accuracy, and reliability.

Alongside your testing work, you will gather and translate business requirements into clear specifications, define acceptance criteria, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Content teams to champion a culture of quality and accountability.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Translating business requirements into clear, actionable documentation and test scenarios.
  • Conducting thorough end-to-end testing across user flows, website journeys, and internal tools.
  • Identifying bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues with precision and documenting them clearly.
  • Validating that releases are fit for purpose and aligned to business objectives.
  • Supporting digital content quality, ensuring accuracy and consistency across user-facing pages.
  • Using test outcomes and feedback to drive continuous improvement across products and processes.

What They Are Looking For

  • Experience or a strong interest in QA, product quality, business analysis, or digital product environments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a disciplined, methodical approach to validation
  • Comfort with structured, repetitive, detail-driven work.
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to document clearly.
  • A user-centric, quality-first mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Your Background: Graduate from writing-intensive disciplines such as English or History, professionals with experience in digital content or website management, or early-career product or operations specialists

What they offer

  • £50,000- £70,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package.
  • Hybrid working ( 4x per week in the central London office)
  • Real progression opportunities as the business scales.
  • The chance to influence both customer experience and product direction in a team that values ownership, impact, and continuous improvement
