TechChain Talent is a specialist Web3 and blockchain recruitment boutique working with leading protocols, infrastructure providers, and exchanges. Our clients include some of the biggest names in crypto such as L1, L2 and infrastructure projects.

The role

We're hiring an experienced SDR to drive new business development. You'll be the engine behind our client pipeline: identifying high-growth Web3 companies with hiring needs, breaking into them with sharp outbound, and booking qualified meetings for our senior recruiters and founders.

What you'll do

  • Build and execute targeted outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone to founders, talent leaders, and hiring managers at Web3 companies
  • Research and prioritise accounts based on funding rounds, hiring signals, and strategic fit
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads against our ICP and book discovery calls
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and activity tracking in our CRM
  • Work closely with the founders to refine messaging, sequences, and target lists

What we're looking for

  • 2-4 years' SDR or outbound BD experience, ideally in crypto, recruitment, SaaS, or B2B services
  • Proven track record of hitting meeting and pipeline targets
  • Strong written communication; you can write outbound that actually gets replies
  • Genuine interest in Web3/crypto, or the appetite to get up to speed quickly
  • Self-starter who thrives in a small, ambitious team
