Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex CMS projects.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and content specialists, to ensure successful project implementation.
Utilise CMS expertise to:
- Optimise content management workflows and publishing processes.
- Implement SEO best practices within CMS environments.
- Customise website templates and themes to align with client requirements.
- Apply programming knowledge to:
- Understand and communicate technical aspects of CMS platforms and web development.
- Collaborate effectively with developers on plugin, module, and custom functionality integration.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide efficient solutions.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring their business objectives align with CMS solutions and fostering strong collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate and implement headless CMS strategies where appropriate to enhance project outcomes.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- Stay updated on the latest CMS trends, web technologies, and project management methodologies to drive innovation in project delivery.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager.
- Strong technical knowledge of CMS platforms and web development principles.
- Ability to work closely with developers, designers, and content specialists to ensure smooth project execution.
- Excellent client management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
