£75,000 to £90,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We are representing a leading global consultancy in Marketing Effectiveness and AI-powered solutions, looking to hire a Manager, Data Science & Marketing Effectiveness to join their London team.

This is a key role combining advanced analytics, client leadership, and project delivery. We are looking for someone with strong econometrics or MMM expertise, a consulting mindset, and the ability to translate data into real business impact.

The role

You will lead end-to-end Marketing Mix Modelling programmes while managing teams and delivering strategic insights to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead MMM and marketing effectiveness projects from scoping through to delivery
• Translate complex modelling outputs into clear, actionable business recommendations
• Manage multiple client accounts and build strong stakeholder relationships
• Oversee data quality, model validity, and project governance
• Support business development activities including proposals and pitches
• Identify opportunities to optimise marketing performance and ROI
• Mentor and develop team members, ensuring high-quality delivery
• Contribute to methodology, tooling, and internal best practice

Technical background

Experience across some of the following:

• Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) or econometrics
• Python, R, or SQL
• Regression, Bayesian methods, and advanced statistical modelling
• Data manipulation, pipelines, and large datasets
• Data visualisation and storytelling
• Cloud platforms such as Azure or Databricks (desirable)
