Location: London / Hybrid

Salary: £80,000–£120,000 + Equity

We’re partnering with an exceptionally exciting early-stage AI startup building workflow automation software for a highly regulated US industry.

The business is already generating strong recurring revenue, growing rapidly month-on-month, and is now hiring one of its first UK-based engineers as it scales internationally.

This is a genuine founding-level opportunity to work directly with the leadership team, own meaningful product areas from day one, and help shape both the product and engineering culture during a critical stage of growth.

You’ll work on complex real-world operational workflows where software and automation can have a significant commercial impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and shipping new product features
• Owning product areas end-to-end
• Improving system reliability and scalability
• Working directly with founders on engineering priorities
• Helping shape architecture, tooling and technical direction
• Solving operational and workflow challenges using modern AI tooling
