What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing, building, and enhancing innovative internal applications that streamline and support global business operations
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, then translating them into scalable, effective solutions
• Driving continuous improvement through system analysis, performance optimisation, and functionality upgrades
• Ensuring smooth deployment, testing, and maintenance of software products
• Providing expert-level technical support and user training across the business
• Promoting best practices in software development and contributing to a high-performance IT team culture

What You’ll Bring

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years’ experience in software development, ideally using Java, C# (.NET), and SQL Server
• Proficiency with Microsoft development tools like Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio
• Solid understanding of system architecture, software development lifecycles, and enterprise application integration
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to debugging and optimisation

Desirable:

• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) or ERP systems (e.g., QAD, NetSuite)
• Exposure to BI tools like Cognos or document management systems
• Experience with EDI projects or Progress SQL

Technical Stack Includes:

• Core Development: C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, Java, SQL (T-SQL)
• Frontend: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular
• Bonus Skills: XML/XSLT, PHP, API development, Web Services, Unix/Linux environments, ODBC
