Client: Global Consultancy supporting a leading Pharmaceutical organisation

Overview

We are supporting a global consulting organisation delivering a large-scale SAP programme for a leading pharmaceutical client. They are looking for an experienced SAP PMO Consultant to support programme governance, planning, and scheduling across a complex SAP delivery environment.

This role will sit within the Programme Management Office, ensuring effective coordination across workstreams, maintaining programme plans, and supporting governance and reporting across the SAP programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the SAP programme PMO function across multiple workstreams
• Maintain and manage programme plans, scheduling, and delivery timelines
• Coordinate programme governance activities, including reporting, RAID logs, and status tracking
• Work closely with programme leadership, workstream leads, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Support programme reporting, dashboards, and steering committee materials
• Track dependencies, risks, and key milestones across the SAP programme
• Ensure consistent PMO standards, processes, and documentation are followed across the programme

Required Experience

• Proven experience working within a PMO function on large SAP programmes
• Experience supporting SAP transformation or SAP S/4HANA programmes
• Strong experience with programme governance, planning, and scheduling
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments
• Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills

Desirable Experience

• Experience within Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or regulated industries
• Experience working within large global transformation programmes
• Background working with consultancies or system integrators
