Senior UX Researcher / Product Insights Lead – Contract (Inside IR35)

Location: Birmingham (3 days onsite)

Rate: £475–£500 per day

We’re hiring a Senior UX Researcher to play a key role in shaping insight across a major transformation programme.

This is a more strategic role, working across teams to ensure research is aligned, consistent, and driving decision-making at programme level.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate research across multiple workstreams
• Shape research approaches and ensure alignment with programme goals
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Product, Design, and Delivery
• Synthesize insights across teams to inform strategic decisions
• Support best practice and consistency in research delivery

Key experience:

• Strong UX research background within complex or transformation environments
• Experience working across multiple teams or programmes
• Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience shaping research approaches, not just delivering them

This role is suited to someone who can operate at a higher level, connecting insight across teams and influencing direction within a complex programme.
