12-hour shifts | 4-on / 4-off | Days & Nights

A leading technology provider operating large-scale, always-on digital platforms is expanding its 24/7 Support Centre. We are looking for experienced Support Engineers who can bring technical depth, calm under pressure, and a passion for operational excellence.

What you'll be doing

  • Monitoring and supporting enterprise-scale Windows Server environments
  • Troubleshooting application and infrastructure incidents across a live, 24/7 platform
  • Managing Windows Updates, patching cycles and maintenance tasks
  • Responding to urgent alerts and incoming incidents with speed and professionalism
  • Using tools such as PRTG, SolarWinds, or Azure Monitor to diagnose and prioritise issues
  • Working closely with 2nd line teams and development groups to escalate and resolve incidents

What we're looking for

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Server technologies (AD, DNS, RDS, Server maintenance)
  • Background in supporting e-commerce or other high-availability systems
  • Experience with enterprise monitoring & alerting tools
  • Clear communicator, comfortable handling urgent situations
  • Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts (4-on / 4-off), including nights
  • Must be able to reliably commute to Oxford for 07:00/19:00 shift starts
