ServiceNow Architect London, Hybrid (3 days per week onsite) £400-450pd (initial 3 month contract, outside IR35) orTechNest are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect/professionalto join a very high-profile transformation programme with one of our London based clients.Key Responsibilities: Lead the architecture, design and governance of the ServiceNow platform.Define platform strategy, roadmap and technical standards.Design and implement solutions across ITSM and additional ServiceNow modules including ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC and SecOps.Drive integrations using REST, SOAP APIs and MID Servers.Ensure platform scalability, security and performance.Lead architecture workshops and mentor junior technical teams.Essential Skills: Extensive ServiceNow architecture experience.Strong ITSM knowledge plus at least two additional ServiceNow modules.CMDB and Discovery implementation experience.Strong JavaScript, Glide and Flow Designer knowledge.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Desirable Skills:ServiceNow CSA, CIS, CAD or CTA certifications.Agile/Scrum experience.AWS, Azure or GCP exposure.TPBN1_UKTJ
