We are supporting a major Public Sector Defence programme and are looking for experienced Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Engineers to join a high-profile digital transformation initiative.

This is an opportunity to work within a secure environment delivering cutting-edge cloud and AI capabilities across critical Defence systems. The role will suit engineers who enjoy operating in fast-paced, user-focused environments and are comfortable engaging directly with stakeholders and end users.

Essential Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Background in Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering
• Experience working with Google Distributed Cloud (GDC)
• Terraform
• CI/CD
• GKE / Kubernetes

Desirable Experience

• Defence sector experience
• Experience working in forward-deployed or customer-facing technical roles
• Military background, particularly within Land environments
• Experience supporting rapid prototyping or innovation-focused programmes

Clearance Requirements

• Active SC Clearance is essential
• DV Clearance is highly desirable
