Overview

Senior leadership role within a specialist consultancy focused on ServiceNow, AI, and Enterprise Transformation. This position carries executive-level accountability across complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes, with responsibility for delivery excellence, programme stability, stakeholder engagement, and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own delivery accountability across large-scale or strategically critical programmes

• Provide executive-level governance, stakeholder management, and escalation leadership

• Structure, mobilise, and stabilise complex transformation engagements

• Drive commercial discipline (margin, utilisation, delivery economics)

• Identify and mitigate delivery, financial, and reputational risks

• Partner with Architects and consulting teams on solution shaping and programme direction

• Lead and mentor Managers and senior delivery resources

• Establish and reinforce delivery standards, governance frameworks, and controls

Skills & Experience

• Proven leadership of complex ServiceNow or enterprise transformation programmes (must have)

• Strong consulting background within senior-led delivery environments

• Demonstrated experience managing C-suite and executive stakeholders

• Experience governing multi-stream, cross-functional delivery structures

• Strong commercial awareness (revenue, margin, programme performance)

• Track record of de-risking, stabilising, and scaling delivery operations

Certifications (Beneficial)

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CIS / CMA)

• ITIL v4

• MSP / PRINCE2 / Agile
