⭐ Senior ERP Sales Specialist – Microsoft Dynamics 365 (BizApps) ⭐

We’re looking for a Senior ERP Sales Specialist with deep Microsoft Business Applications (BizApps) expertise to lead end-to-end sales of Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance, Supply Chain, Commerce, etc.) and drive real digital transformation for enterprise customers.
If you’re an experienced ERP sales professional who knows how to engage C-suite leaders, shape value-led propositions, and close complex enterprise deals — this role offers huge impact and visibility.
What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle sales of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP into Retail, CPG, and Manufacturing.
- Engage senior stakeholders to uncover transformation opportunities.
- Use Microsoft digital selling tools to build and convert pipeline.
- Work closely with Solution Architects, Partners, Marketing & Customer Success teams.
- Build strong relationships across the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Consistently hit revenue targets and KPIs.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven ERP solution sales experience (Dynamics 365 F&O / SCM preferred).
- Strong track record selling into Retail, CPG, or Manufacturing.
- 7+ years in enterprise SaaS/cloud solution selling.
- Skilled in consultative + value-based selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive engagement skills.
- Comfortable working in a matrixed, high-performance environment.
- Microsoft BizApps certifications (MB-310, MB-330, etc.) a plus.
- Competitive ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Infor, IFS) beneficial.
