Sales Development Representative
We're looking for an SDR to drive pipeline generation and early-stage deal development across ServiceNow and enterprise transformation opportunities. Working within the Growth & Sales Enablement function, you'll engage senior stakeholders and collaborate with sales, consulting, and leadership teams to deliver consistent, high-quality outreach.
Key responsibilities
- Lead prospecting and outreach across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
- Engage senior stakeholders to understand challenges and position relevant solutions
- Generate and qualify opportunities to support Account Executives
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline aligned to strategic target accounts
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach activity
- Conduct market and account research to inform targeted engagement
- Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to refine messaging and campaigns
- Support early-stage deal progression and go-to-market initiatives
Required experience
- Experience in sales development, lead generation, or B2B outreach
- Ability to engage and communicate with senior stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable in a fast-paced consulting or technology environment
Desirable experience
- Exposure to ServiceNow, SaaS, or digital transformation
- Experience with enterprise clients or consulting environments
- Strong research and personalisation capability
