Sales Lead
We’re looking for two senior, new-business sales professionals to grow our Data & AI consultancy business. This is a hunter role focused on driving new business accounts, selling services, and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
Candidates will have either strong Microsoft Dynamics ERP selling experience or Cloud & Infrastructure services selling experience.
What you’ll do in either role:
- Drive new logo acquisition closing large, multi-year deals
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solution shaping, negotiation, and close
- Engage senior stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CFO, COO) and position consulting as a strategic enabler
- Build and manage a strong pipeline and consistently exceed sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- 8–15 years of experience in solution selling or consulting sales
- Proven success in new business hunting and closing complex, high-value deals
- Background in consulting and services-led sales (not just product resale)
- Comfortable selling at C-suite level and navigating complex buying groups
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
One of the following is required:
- Strong experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance, Supply Chain, etc.)
- OR strong experience selling Cloud & Infrastructure services (Azure, AWS, GCP, managed services)
