End User Computing Engineer

We are looking for End User Computing (EUC) Engineer, Candidate Should have Hands on experience in technologies like Teams, Active Directory, Azure/Intune. Profiling / building laptops windows 10/11.

Location: London (5 days onsite)

Job Type: Permanent/Office based

Key responsibilities:

• Provide deskside and remote support for EUC devices, software, and applications.

• Respond to Incidents and Service Requests, providing break/fix support and guidance.

• Support technologies including Teams, Active Directory, Azure/Intune and Windows 10/11.

• Build, profile, and configure laptops (Windows 10/11) and other end-user devices.

• Use ServiceNow for incident logging, tracking and resolution.

• Provide hardware support across laptops, desktops, mobile devices, scanners and printers.

• Support Mobile Device Management activities and remote operations.

• Perform laptop imaging, profiling and EUC equipment provisioning.

• Deliver VIP support as required.

• Maintain high standards of communication and customer service across all interactions.

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• Strong hands-on experience supporting End User Services.

• Strong customer-centric mindset and experience in Service Desk or EUC support functions.

• Hands-on experience with Teams, Active Directory, Azure and Intune.

• Experience building and profiling Windows 10/11 laptops.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to provide both phone-based and deskside technical support.

• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.

• Experience supporting EUC hardware and peripherals (laptops, desktops, mobiles, printers,

scanners).

• Experience with Mobile Device Management platforms.

• Experience providing VIP support.

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:

• Troubleshooting experience across desktops and laptops.

• Experience working in Azure/Intune admin portals.

• Experience supporting mobile and tablet devices.

• Experience setting up desks, workstations or performing office moves.

• Certifications or experience related to AI.
